Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping & Delivery:
- At the moment, we only ship in the United States. All items ship for free.
- Our local delivery includes Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, i.e., no more than 30 miles outside of city limits.
- We ship most items within 5-7 business days unless a pre-order shipping date is specified.
- Large items may take longer to ship. We will notify you if we anticipate an extended processing time.
- If you need expedited shipping, contact us before purchasing. Additional pricing will be applied to expedited shipping or delivery.
Returns:
It's important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returning Vintage / Pre-Owned/ Gently Used Items
All vintage item sales are considered final. When shopping our vintage collection, be advised all pre-owned items are sold as-is. Items may show some wear, e.g. patina, fading, minor scratches, etc.
We try to photograph, video and/or mention any signs of wear in the “Condition” description. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

Returning New Items (i.e. Non-Vintage)
When shopping our new items, be advised that returns should be requested within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a potential 15% restocking fee will be applied. If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
